The Yanks also bring in clearly the most cash. But I agree, they care and they spend to win. No argument there. But this is a decade old argument really. I don't think everyone needs the same salary cap and I don't think spending money = championships. But it sure don't hurt. I just think there should be a cap at a certain level and a floor at a certain level. I would hate to have had to be a Royals, Pirates, etc fan the last decade.
