A. Trading
1. Trades may not involve money, cap space, or include clauses.
2. After a GM has posted a trade, his trading partner has 72 hours to verify the trade in a reply. If the trade is not verified within 72 hours it will be considered "null and void."
3. Trade rejection: a. As this is a dynasty league it is expected that there will be numerous trades involving top MLB talent for young talent and prospects. It is asked that you reserve your veto for those trades that seem to involve collusion or are grossly disproportionate.
b. If 5 complaints about a trade are received by the League Commish within 48 hours, a poll will be posted. The poll will last 48 hours. A minimum of 12 "No" votes must be received for the trade to be vetoed.
The percentages are based on 18 total votes. While a GM involved in the deal could choose to vote against the trade, it is unlikely. So, we will base the total on the number of GM's not involved in the trade. In the event of a 3-team deal we will reduce the votes required by one. In the event of a deal involving 4 or more teams the number of votes required for a rejection will be recalculated to approximate 66.6% without going over.
4. Trades will not be processed on CBS until the initial 48 hours pass.
5. Mid-season Amateur draft picks may be traded. However you may only trade picks for the ensuing draft.
