NFL Mock Draft 2010

I think the top "expert" mock drafter got 10 right last year and all others were in the 8 or less range. I got 7 right last year. We'll see how I do this year. So, here it is. This year I decided not to predict trades. But the Steelers would screw up the draft a bit if they trade Big Ben and their first rounder to move up to #8 overall and take Clausen right in front of the Bills. I give that a 25 percent likelihood....not enough to build it into the mock.

I think Dez Bryant will be the one left in the green room for a while as he drops, for obvious reasons....

I can also see my Patriots moving up a bit in the first round to go get Kindle. They have three 2nd round picks to use in unison with their first (22) to put together a package to move up. Of course, who knows what the bleep Belicheck is going to do.

Possible, yes. But I think he shores up his OL some before getting a franchise QB. Get an established run game in order first so when he gets that franchise QB under center there is more protection and also some balance to the offense. But, there is the school of thought that says get your college guy that played in a pro-style system and have him sit and learn for a year. I still say most coaches and personal men understand that truly stable and good long-running teams have OL and DL that are above average to excellent. This is his second go in the NFL, and I think he builds his team the correct way.

Will be fun to watch that pick tho!
