After the end of this round, I will not be making a draft boards for future rounds. The draft will be on hiatus, as we have 7 teams that are not actively participating. If the Commish checks back in before the end of the round he may, of course, choose to continue the draft into future rounds. If he checks in after it's been halted he may, of course, choose to restart it.

Now that you have finished drafting your potential superstars you have 2 weeks to get them signed. By September 1st at 11:59PM, you must post, for each draftee, whether the team is signing him or relinquishing his rights. This is to be posted in your team transaction thread. Failure to post will mean forfeiting the rights to that player. Per SD rules, you may only sign players that were actually signed by an MLB team. There will be draft compensation in 2011 for any 1st or 2nd rounders that are ineligible to be signed. Draftees traded during the signing period must be signed by the acquiring team. 2011 picks may be traded after the signing period concludes.

The only thing I am highly disappointed about is the fact that I am going to have to pay for 6 more minors that the franchise was supposed to get for free essentially.......
