2. The waiving owner will carry his waived player's salary and contract years upon completion of the transaction
3. A player will have officially cleared waivers after 72 hrs. He then becomes a free agent.
4. A claim may be put in on any player within the 72 hr period. The team with the highest priority will receive the claim. The claiming team must assume the player's current contract.
5. A waived player becomes off limits to the owner who waived him for the remainder of the current season or until after another owner has claimed and released him. This applies only as it concerns free agency.
6. Contract years and salary for a waived player will be deducted from the waiving owner's salary cap if that player is claimed by another ballclub (For minor leaguers: The GM will be responsible for a waived player's years until the player is added by another GM or the season is completed).
7. Waiver priority will be reverse order of final regular season record.
8. To place a claim post a reply in the thread of the player you wish to claim off waivers.
9. After a team signs an injury replacement it falls to the bottom of the waiver order.
