Seems like we do have 20, but there are some that have yet to ad anything to their pages, so it is possible they would back out (hopefully not). I'm just guessing here, but the selection of keepers is priority #1, and I'm sure that once all teams confirm their rosters (or before) the commish will establish the draft order.
Really looking forward to the draft!
