I am gonna need someone to proxy for me each round most likely since my slot I will likely never be around to pick in it.

Send a list each day and I'll even guarantee not to select someone from your list. I understand this isn't the perfect solution but we need to get through the drafts so we can move on to better things.

You can't help that the drafts basically stopped on their own. I'll send a list to ya each day. I know you are a man of honor and I know you won't change your draft strategy because you see someone on my list. Feel free to draft as you would of without the help of my foresight. Hell, you are the better "minors" mind of the two of us anyways.

Feel free to skip me in the majors draft today and I will pick tonight when I get home. I have no idea who I even want anymore and am not going to put in all the time for a long proxy list. I am PMing my MINORS proxy list to Yanks GM now. I do NOT wish to be skipped over in the MINORS draft.

Ryota Igarashi was signed after the draft started. I believe that means he must be bid on in FA.

Yeah, I'm the proud owner of a "new found man". I'll keep him around for a year in hopes that he makes a return.

You know what I don't get - why not be a priest AND play ball? Not only does he get to do both things he's good at, but he'd be able to donate all the money he makes to his religious charities. Seems like the best of both worlds to me. Two nuns....lol ;D

Despite his success on the field, Desme said he never considered trying to stay in baseball while dedicating himself to his faith.
"I wanted to give my life completely to God for love, for everything he has done for me," Desme said. "I'm very thankful for that. Something like this is very little in comparison to what he has done for me"

Gotta respect a man who gives up millions of dollars and a pro sports career because he felt compelled to give his life to God. Gotta respect anyone who gives that much of himself for the benefit of others. At least, I respect him for it. Greatly respect him
