Red Sox sign Luis Montanez (OF-BAL) to a 1-yr, $400,000 contract. Montanez is under the Veteran's Consent threshold and is eligible for 3 options. Red Sox then option Luis Montanez to the reserve roster, using his 2010 option. He now has 2 options remaining approved. |
